Due to the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I am writing directly, to keep you informed of the steps I’ve asked our team at Porsche Willoughby to take, ensuring we are prepared for all scenarios. My absolute number one priority is the safety of our clients and staff.

As we continue to operate, we have implemented an extensive list of measures to make hygiene and safety our absolute priority and ensure we minimise risk for all concerned.
Cleanliness and safety in our dealership.
Whilst we have always had strict hygiene policies and practices at PCW, we have introduced a number of additional measures to reduce the risk. This includes employing our cleaners twice a day, to deep clean and sanitise the entire dealership, with extra focus on high volume areas.
All vehicles in the showroom will remain locked unless being viewed and will then be completely sanitised before being locked again. We have hand sanitiser available throughout the dealership and encourage all clients to utilise this upon arrival and departure.
All PCW staff have been have been given strict and detailed instructions on additional measures they should adhere to at this time. This includes guidance on washing hands, personal hygiene and instructions for immediate reporting and self-isolation if they begin to show any symptoms. Commencing Monday 11 May 2020, the PCW Sales, Service and Parts Departments will go back to operating on our normal full staffing level, with sales and finance coverage on Saturdays. Our Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts specialists are in attendance Monday to Friday ensuring you can still drop your car off, or even arrange for a collection when a service is due.

Vehicles arriving for service will have all interior surfaces cleaned with sanitiser as soon as they are dropped off, once service work is completed the same process will apply again. This includes exterior and interior door handles, steering wheels, arm rests, screens and switches, gear levers and paddles and also keys. Additionally, all Demonstrator and Service Loan Vehicles are being sanitised immediately before and after each test drive.
